In 2010, they were returned with a RIGHT TO SUE and in 2011 the same attorney came after me to prevent me from suing............."
Meet Heather Stringham
I am a very dedicated mother determined to have my children returned to me. Thanks to a jealous Mom and Ex-Husband, and Carla French's Clients Tammy Mycus, Chris McConkey and Brian Hillary, my children were put up for adoption. CPS and Oregon Dept of Justice covered up the fraud. This web page is dedicated to all families and persons who fall victim to state Child Services Fraud. States are provided huge sums of money for adoption and subsequently, adoption fraud. They pray on low income families to maintain control of such activities.
I was set up to be seen as an unfit mother in order to have her children taken away. The documents on this website prove I was set up, and was even sent to prison without trial in order for CPS to take the children away. My main and only goal is to have my returned so I can raise them healthily and happily. I would forgo money settlement in place of reunification and prosecution of the parties responsible for this fraud. However should an attorney ever represent me in this case, I would have to rely on advisement.
I am disabled and am employed in order to collect enough money for prospective attorneys and anyone that can help in this case.
Along with spending hours mailing and reporting and calling in order to get her children back, making this her full time commitment. When I am not working on saving my children, I enjoy hiking around nature and running. I also enjoy spending time with friends, go to church, and and am actively sane despite DHS false accusations which became their only self serving evidence to put my children up for adoption
Their motive was in their best interests to protect Carla French and Oregon CPS from a huge lawsuit. By discounting my assaults, the children's Attorney, Carla French, was able to put my children up for adoption without cross examining her clients. CPS discredited my witness testimony against the acting attorney; Carla French by claiming I was crazy. The lawsuit is against those acting under The Safe and Stable Families Act and those who enacted it: one party being Bush, and upon further investigation all prior and subsequent Acts.
I am currently working on public education.
